Under the guidance of a RUN 2 B FREE instructor, employees will develop specific goals and a comprehensive personalized 10 week training program.  Key to success are the drills and techniques that reduce injury and discomfort, transforming running from a dreaded task to an anticipated daily release. Students then learn to measure and understand their progress and naturally improve health and fitness while chasing down yesterday's time.
