PROGRAM GOALS:
  1. to help you start and continue running daily
  2. to help clients understand how they can enjoy the act of running
  3. to provide an introduction on how to train for specific races
  4. to instill form fundamentals to avoid injury and run more relaxed
  5. to offer a running education that can be enjoyed for years
  6. to finally learn how to out kick that dude/chick who beats you every race.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:


Runners meet for 60 or 90 minute training sessions 1-2 times per week OR work with a coach online developing a detailed program with specific goals.  Early sessions include technique drills and form fundamentals. We establish a starting point and an end goal. Training programs prepare runners to approach their challenge in an intelligent and predictable way. 

Runners build and improve week to week, gradually preparing their body for faster speeds, longer runs and new PR's (personal record). 

Increased fitness is then a bi-product of an exciting journey as runners discover and explore their potential in short, middle and/or long distance running.  


We cover: 
  • energy creation, distribution and control
  • proper warm-up, cool down and stretching techniques
  • proper alignment and foot plant
  • how to choose the right shoes and apparel
  • turn-over and stride length (to avoid under or over striding)
  • post and pre workout rest, hydration and nutrition
  • maintaining consistency in your training and racing
  • maximizing work-out quality when limited by time restraints
  • how to safely increase mileage and intensity

Rates:

60 minute sessions:
Adult 
  • $60 private
  • $30 private group (2-4 people)
  • $25 group (5-10 people)

High School (13-18)

  • $40 private
  • $25 private group (2-4 people)
  • $20 group (5-10 people)

Youth (12 and under)
  • $30 private
  • $20 private group (2-4 people)
  • $15 group (5-10 people) 

90 minute sessions:

Adult 
  • $75 private
  • $40 private group (2-4 people)
  • $35 group (5-10 people)
High School (13-18)
  • $50 private 
  • $32 private group (2-4 people)
  • $25 group (5-10 people)
Youth (12 and under)
  • $37 private
  • $22 private group (2-4 people)
  • $15 group (5-10 people) 

Online Coaching:

  • $15 per week. 
  • $50 per month. 
  • $95 per 10 week session. 

Some locations may require a $5-10 travel charge.
